An accredited 20 bed (12 long-term and 6 acute, 1 respite and 1 palliative care) facility which serves a population of approximately 6000 people. Staff of the hospital include three physicians who serve 18,000 to 24,000 outpatients per year, with approximately 500 admissions annually.
Additional services include: Lab and x-ray services, long term (level 3 & 4) care, 24 hour nursing service, social work visits as required, monthly dietitian visits, active recreation therapy program, consultation with physiotherapy and occupational therapy, palliative care as needed and the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Auxiliary.
