TOWN OF HARBOUR BRETON FIRE DEPARTMENT

The Harbour Breton Fire Department is comprised of thirty members under the command of Fire Chief Eric Hunt Jr. The firefighters receive training from the Office of the Fire Commissioner and also from inhouse training programs. All members are outfitted with the SECURITEX brand of firefighter's gear which provides excellent protection and comfort. As well, all members and vehicles are equipped with Motorola pagers and radios operating on the same frequency which greatly reduces response time and provides for increased safety at the scene.
