Parks & Recreation

The Town of Harbour Breton is responsible for maintaining the recreational facilities of the town. This includes the Connaigre Arena and Fitness Centre, two baseball fields, one outdoor tennis court, one outdoor basketball court and numerous walking/hiking trails.  

The Town's Recreation Committee is responsible for developing and running the recreational programs in Town. The summer program includes softball, ball hockey, basket ball, arts and crafts, and so much more.

Conniagre Arena: 
The Conniagre Arena has an artificial ice plant and a rink surface measuring 185 feet by 85 feet. The Ice Skating season usually runs from mid-November to mid-April. The schedule can be found on the Conniagre Arena 's Facebook Page.
